Deborah: “I could not sleep” while reading your book

Elizabeth,

Thank you so much as I am truly looking forward to receiving the CD.  I have just about finished your “Grow Up” book, and must say it is packed with useful information.  I began reading it the first night (lying in bed with my trusty little book light so as to not bother my husband); however, I found I could not read it late at night.  Your chapter highlights were so on point, I was fearful I would miss an important point if I were not completely “in tune” (I’m not a late night person).  Additionally, I have been taking many notes, highlighting, and the light bulb in my head kept flashing with many of your target points.  I found I could not sleep as the organizational ideas were bouncing off the walls of my brain.  Great job!!!  Thanks very much.
